Yes it does, and when you follow the instructions you get the message:

"You do not have permission to access this page. This could be because of one of the following reasons:"

It then goes on to list four possible reasons, none of which are applicable. I just assumed that it was an admin function to which I do not have access.

I'm through messing with it, the file compresses but won't load...Can't delete the thread either so I'm frustratedly disgusted and don't even care..
