Does this wagon come in any form other than with Stephen, with a horse on it?

I don't think there are other versions of well wagons, I didn't see any other types on the wikia.

There is one that features a bike

it isn't a well wagon , it is a peculiar thing to hold a bike

I've found another one - Sodor Search and Rescue Cars set, with a searchlight on it.

Did you find out if the search light is separate-able?

I found another one, it is with the rock crusher from the FP trucks pack.

Don't know, but I expect so. What's left on the truck-bed after you've removed the searchlight is another matter

Re the Searchlight .... The box advertises removable cargo and as the other 2 are fixed it figures that the searchlight is removable .
