I drew the part up in 3D CAD. I modeled the existing bottom, and then made the top like you see it. It took about 3 tries to get it like it is.

Depending on which printer you get, so do come with software.
That's very much better. Is the arm movable?

Judging from the pictures and video, it's clearly a Plarail or early Trackmaster model.
