Hey guys, I was recently on the trackmaster Thomas wiki and I found a picture of a flip face Gordon[Image: latest?cb=20140210135706]
Now I know for a fact this train wasn't produced. I wanted to get some info on it and were would it be located now?[/code]
On the Wikia page I looked at it said this under the "Trivia" section

Quote:A flip face version of Gordon was seen on the boxes of some of the earlier TrackMaster products by HiT Toy Company. This however, was never released.

there was also a flip face percy that was never released either.
A few flip face Percy MIGHT have slipped out, as it was recalled because of lead paint...I've had it on EBay search notifications for 5 years now, but have never seen one come up.
really? i didnt know that.

Wow, that is good to know muddy, I might look out for one for you, did trackmaster do the same with a trackmaster flip face Gordon?
As far as I know Gordon never went to production, but Percy was made only to be destroyed...the fact that it is on the Fisher Price recall list for lead paint, leads me to believe that some did get out...maybe even sold, but at least left the factory to have to be recalled.
I want to get the prototype of the trackmaster flip face Gordon sooooooooo bad!
I would imagine there are but a couple working models sitting on the desks of the engineers who designed them...So best of luck to you!!Wink
I would need a lot of luck to get a flip face Gordon
