I see you found the blue hayabusa or did you buy another one?
Anyway, I've been cataloging the parts etc... it seems I am still missing at least 10 loco sets, 2 scenery items and 4 track types (i.e. these are 'unknown' to me when looking at the part numbers )
If you're wondering I figure there are at least;
34 different loco sets
4 passenger sets
16 scenery items
16 track items

No I mean 34 loco's, if you look in the bottom left corner of the cards the loco cars come on they have a number, the 1st car is say 7, 2nd, 8, 3rd, 9.
The highest numbered one I've got is the "E6 Series Super Komanchi" which is 100, 101, 102 which if you divide 102 by 3 = 34.
I'm missing; 28 to 54 inclusive and 76 to 78 (i.e. 10 locomotive sets)

I Guess we interpreted it differently
I found 24 sets total (front, middle, end)
And sorry to point it out, but you are mistaken < ducks away from a flying shoe >
You see:
1 to 27 are locomotive sets
28 to 54 are the tracks scenery and figures
55 to 102 are locomotive sets again
103 to 109 are again tracks and scenery.
I thought about it the same way as you did, maybe there are more locos, excited!. But once I sorted my excel list, it made sense on my numbering based on the written numbers on the packages.

Ah, fair enough, I was going by the large numbers on the top left of the track packs etc... as they are numbered 1-16 etc...
Even better then, means I pretty much got the set - apart from the crappy turntable lol!
