After all the researching I have done about Plarails I am amazed that there still are trains I have not heard of. Here is a clear set of tandem C-62's with sound just like the hard to find Tandem set the Silver Swallow. Wonder if this might have been some special give away, Plarail Club Exclusive or very Limited Edition. Anyone have any knowledge of it?

Oh , you are right, the seller did say this "it was the winning product of something of the campaign." So it must have been some kind of special give away, maybe like the Gold Thomas.

It's discribed with a lot of information...more so than most listings. The seller seems to know quite a bit about it, and to have shopped it around. Kind of suggests that it's a great investment opportunity at this price for someone who knows the right buyer somewhere for a resale/ flip profit.
