Blue Plastic Tracks

I picked up the wagon today in an auction.
It is made by HiT Company.
My only problem is I can't remember what train it goes with.
I also can't seem to find where I saw who it went with.
I am sure a wise collector out there can help me out.

i could have sworn it from a truck and track set, one of the 3-piece ones, but nothing in my files that match

I don't know what set it was in but didn't a couple spools of cable wire come in this wagon also?

Thomas and the Really Cool Gondolas? Heck if I know but it IS really cool and now I’m imagining a string of them pulled by a bigger steam locomotive like the D51, Henry or Hiro!

Found it!!!
Looks like both Arthur and Bill were released with it.
Also it came in the Sodor Power Plant Pack.
