I got a Thomas piggy bank style thing in a charity for less than a pound pretty good I can store my money somewhere 

I have an egg cup that looks kinda similar to this.

well went to a carboot  sale and got these

after the unit was cleaned and given a new motor from a loud engine (his was dead)

even more dirt 

I cleaned him and made him run again

a comparison of the Berties the one with a bit of headlight damage is the one I will modify to an original character

the story of how I got these was a nice lady was selling and had a box of stuff and I got an ertl Edward she then ask if I like Thomas and friends and I said yes and then she said if the spare tender could connect but couldn't she said it would be £2 but I said it was more of a £1 so she thought that was a good price and I bought it she then said that if it brings me joy it then good on you wow a story to be told eh

tomy Harvey coach I got for £1

had this inside the battery didn't work but wasn't corroded I will use this coach for a custom tomy daisy I will talk more when I have gone a bit further 

and last but not least a figure of Cleveland. look it was 50p I had to get it just them eyes

another eBay package and it was a lot of tomy/trackmaster trucks here they are I paid £8.99 in total it was £12.19 here it is

and what I wanted from all of it was the neville tender 

now my neville is complete after months of looking he is now a full engine

so another eBay purchase some more take along bob the builder this time it was £7.00 in total £10.50 what I got was muck Roley and lofty 
the three

roley is better than the one I had so I will use this one

I took the muck apart and used the tracks from one side as mine where missing but the hole was smaller I took a small plier and removed it the bigger square is the one I got from the lot the smaller one is the one I had  

now I can take images of the other side 

and now lofty I didn't have him but now I do I am happy I have the crew done his arm can move and extend

I imagine they make a decent duo I am now on the lookout for trix to add and maybe a few more extra characters the can do crew before project build it is done
