Blue Plastic Tracks

Is this the rarest Tomica World set?  Based solely on the fact that I've never ever seen one before, it has to be a strong contender. Added to that, I've never seen a Tobu Spacia on eBay UK unless it's clearly been a Plarail one, whereas all the other trains from TW sets are fairly common, or at least they come up occasionally. (I know Duck's seen it before, because he put it on Twitter a month ago).
 

Indeed I have seen it before, only in pictures online and not for sale though. It is basically the same as the Thomas Station Set, down to the same color Country Station


I've never seen one for sale but I do not usually look for regular Tomica World sets in all honesty

The one in the picture was sold in 2012 on the Spanish auction site Todocollection, for FIVE EUROS!
