Further down the same page:

" In the US, some Big Friends engines were released, either a small engine with a car or a tender engine. The packaging was a card with a scenic background. "

I would like to know whether these Big Friends / Little Friends names were actual HiT Toys terminology. Did they appear on packaging, or on marketing / promotional material?

Further down the same page again:

" The following engines were released as "New Friends" at the same time. "

The way this is written suggests that they were.

The Sir Handel In Charge blister pack that you've shown above is one of the HiT "Greatest Moments" series, based on the episode of the same name.
