At the 4:49 minute mark in this video there is a picture of a train I am not sure I have seen before. Could this be real or a custom? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=93foaY2lSTg

I translated the title on google translate and got 'plarail 10 vehicles you want to release'. I also had the autogenerated japanese subtiltes translated (which thank goodness sounded more or less accurate) and they said something along the lines of that many people made customs of that train.
