Blue Plastic Tracks

I was browsing Jauce in search of Talk n Action engines when I came across this set which I have identified as the Talking Trevor and Garage Set, all I know is that it works with the TnA engines, I'd like to know more about it if any of you have any more information on it and also to see if I should get it due to its rarity.
