Thought about suggesting a number (similar to 16), but he could be an Austerity named Chris that would've been built after Wilbert (therefore becoming his "son" like their namesakes). Yes, I know Chris from Mad Bomber is already a renamed Bill/Ben.

I have decided to name him Dexter.
