Blue Plastic Tracks

I forgot what thread I saw this discussion in, but there was a discussion about the "Steam Along Thomas" being included with the Thomas Ultimate Set. I remember it ended in agreement that he never came in the Ultimate Set or something like that. After looking on eBay (for TOMY road) I stumbled upon this:

To the right of the top of the box, you can see a circle stating, "Thomas With Steam Function".

This is located in Australia so it could've been exclusive to Austrailia but I don't know...
Does anyone know what thread this was discussed in? I would've posted this there but I couldn't find it. Also any thoughts on this? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure leokimvideo has this exactly. Hopefully I can get my hands on one too.

Well, you can get this one if you want it bad enough....

For that price I'd want to see a gold thomas inside, because otherwise it's a massive ripoff, at least in my opinion
