I don't recall seeing this action piece before. Pretty neat.

It's the Container Loading & Unloading Set, from 1980. Pretty much everything in it is only found in this set, including the only EF15 with a light.

I would be very curious as to how the wiring is to connect that headlight seeing as the shell is connected by forward clips.
