Please explain - Not being a Hornby collector, I can't see anything shocking about the description? 

Also postal rates to various countries look OK to me, maybe eBay thinks you're on the Moon?

Well the main thing is that the shipping is over 19k $
Also,I don't consider it very rare, but the main thing is the shipping.

I just find it funny how they embellished the description
