Go Thomas Go! He is pretty quick. I like the Snowman tunnel! Thanks for the video Sunhuntin.

RE: tomix track plan - Nigels - 08-05-2016

Looking good Sun, he is quite quick, how is Gordon or one of the other larger engines, I would hope they'd be even quicker potentially Smile

RE: tomix track plan - sunhuntin - 08-05-2016

cheers, guys.

i had the speed up pretty high in the video as he hasnt been run in a while and needed to warm up. i have plans on testing henry this week maybe so see how he handles the corners.
tomix didnt make gordon. they apparently had plans to, but the line didnt sell well enough at the time so they scrapped the idea.

RE: tomix track plan - Nigels - 08-06-2016

That's a shame, I would have thought Gordon was a 'must have', I'm surprised seeing the prices that these items sell for on auctions that Tomy hasn't had a re-think and tried a re-launch. I think if they did they'd do rather better than last time, doubly so if they move out of their domestic market as I suspect they would do even better in the west. After all Bachmann/Hornby seem to do ok with the HO/OO/G gauge versions Big Grin
