Just a little Steam! - ripley802 - 02-28-2019

These came in the mail the other day. Most will be for parts and a few for customs including the Steam and Sound. When searching for the western steamers I was looking for the style on the left, however I messed up and thought the engine was the same for the one on the right, unfortunately it is not, but still not a bad little engine.

Wouldn't that have been nice if the Disney Steamers motor mechanics were the same to help in repairing the ones on the left.

I am curious as you have one of the original Disney Steamers (green, less detailed, before the remake) on the left if it indeed has a 'clicker' as part of the motor as Ucwepn states in his video. Also is it clumsy operating the on/off switch from under the tender?

Dang.. Super you are right again.  I knew there were two versions but I completely forgot and missed this was the old one.  Just saw green steamer and bid.  I have not taken it apart yet but it looks pretty bad like it went in the water or something.   Cool

Maybe the gears are still good which is the big problem with these.

Yeah, I will have a look, but I believe they are different.
