1972 Round Nose 0 Series Shinkansen, WHITE chassis - violater - 02-07-2020

Visited old Plarail junkyard today to conduct research on Yuuenchi with my Twitter friend group. The junkyard didn't label their products. Of course we know about the blue chassis, but where did the white chassis come from?

Oops, sorry for spam thread. Apparently it is the chassis of the first generation Panorama car. It so happened that it was compatible with the round nose Shinkansen. We all thought that the junkyard had only unmodified Plarail. This thread could be deleted if necessary.

But that round nose Shinkansen is longer than the one next to it. Where did that shell come from...?

RE: 1972 Round Nose 0 Series Shinkansen, WHITE chassis - violater - 02-08-2020

We have visited an old Plarail junkyard for junk condition Plarails and broken railway models to live in, it is actually a small abandoned metal boxcar. The location of these boxcars are confidential.
Both Shinkansens are the same body, they come from different sets though.

Must be another one of those optical illusions because the Shinkansen on the right looks much longer.

Mainly due to the white chassis. It is understandable.

This broken guy also made it in the thread as a bonus.

so did you buy some of them before they head to the scrap heap?

RE: 1972 Round Nose 0 Series Shinkansen, WHITE chassis - violater - 02-08-2020

We can't buy these ones, these belong in the junkyard. The aim of this junkyard is for future collectors to see them and conduct further research. Think of these ones like a lab rat in a laboratory and is always conducted continuous research.
