The episode in question does actually introduce both Bill and Ben, in addition to the Metropolitan-Vickers Diesel-Electric Type 2 BoCo. The twins first debut in that episode.

watch percy take the plunge. that is the twin's first episode. that's also the first episode that diesel appears. however it's just a cameo.

there are episodes where hiro reappears, not sure what they are called or the series, just seen them on tv. lol
