I wonder if its not used as an attention getter and maybe it coincides with this new thing that Ebay has offered its sellers, Promoted Listings, where they give more advertising of a sellers Listings than those who don't if they sign up. Maybe, since this seller has always sold and still is selling lots of train stuff, has this Listing to generate traffic to his page just out of curiosity and while they are there check out his other items. Could be, just look at what it has done with us. Maybe that was the motivation for what Carrick Wilmont did years ago as OTR's has stated.
