Interesting Train Station

It is definitely a 'version' of the original Knapford station from the look of things, except the support structure is white instead of green and of course the glass domes are a bit different. I wonder is it is made maybe from an HO model or similar in the Knapford style or if indeed it is a custom - maybe even a very early 3D print. I've seen models listed online for 3D items that are 5-6 years old, so I suppose they may have been around, or a commercial printer engaged by someone with a goodly wedge to splash on the hobby
