First want to say thanks for the reply to my question about Hector's red coach.

Second, I just watched the bulgy videos. I had no idea about the service window, so now I have to go check the handful of bulgys I have. But I'm almost positive I have the Bulgy with no screw. I bought it used, and it didn't have the extra battery compartment cover, but it didn't have a screw and I couldn't figure why.

Thanks for the great video!

Yes Super, that CBA is a weird one...
I’ve even asked numerous eBay sellers who are based out of Japan, the ones that offer to find what ever it is that your looking for, if they could find one, and they’ve always say no, and that it doesn’t exist or cannot be obtained.
The listing from the auction said that they were given to Tomy employees as bonus’, and not as an expo prize.

You’re welcome C&D!Smile

On the Red Bulgy variants, I just checked and it looks like it's the Tomica World version of Red Bulgy that doesn't have the screw underneath. Not sure of the timing of when the various versions were produced, but for some reason the yellow Tomica World packaged-Red Bulgy got something special (the on/off switch is different than the usual one as well).

How often do people see the candy dispenser Thomas and Percy come up, specifically the Percy? I've seen the Thomas at least three times this summer alone but only have seen the Percy once period and wasn't sure what it was at first. Notice the lack of power switch, line in between cab and bunker, and plastic front axel caps, the same features as the candy Thomas.

I have a website where I have been writing about and photographing many of the sets and pieces that I find interesting.

YES those are very rare...Percy especially!
I guess maybe the should maybe be added to the honorable mentions?
The though they are of the TrackMaster range, they’re made by Yujin.
The Percy could bump Monty, T’nA USA James and Thumper down for sure.
