Here's an idea for you, did you ever see those ornaments that used to knock about that had two fluids in that never mix? So you end up with two different colour layers, typically blue and clear as I recall, the idea was you could tilt them and you'd get a wave effect. Now if you could find some small transparent oblong containers that would fit inside the carriages and the fluids you need you could have 'the sea' in a carriage!!! How cool would that be? Big Grin

That's a pretty cool idea Nigel. The only hurdle would be the post in the center. I have to see what I can find though.

Been waiting on these for awhile now. I won the auctions almost a month ago, but have been delaying shipping as I kept seeing things come up and I was bidding on those too.. Big Grin

Anyway. I finally had to ship the lot. Only 3 trains this time, but some nice ones in my opinion.

First up we have both the "blue" Nankai Rapit as well as the Peach version. I had particularly been trying to get the Peach version but could not seem to find one for a good deal. I got both of these in one lot and it was less than the price of one normally. No boxes, but that is ok. If you are following my other thread for "project Nory" this is the layout design with the sand track done.

And the third train was the Hello Kitty train. I wanted to get the set but again could not get a good deal on one. This was a welcome suprise to my daughter. Big Grin

Congratulations on acquiring the Hello Kitty train for your Daughter, it looks to be in very nice condition. Did she also like the colors of the Peach Rapit? I also see an Eva 500 in the background, quite the colorful lot. Your "sandy" tracks look neat too.

Yes indeed, the Peach Rapit was a hit as well. The EVA was well liked, well for a few minutes anyway.. Big Grin

then it was back to My Little Pony.. Lol..

I landed a couple more items. I don't have them yet, but should have them shipped In a few weeks. The first item was is a Pokemon set. I am not into Pokemon in anyway, but this was crazy cheap and I had not seen one before.

The second item was two actions but both needed to complete the set. The Chrome/Silver Nankai Rapit. The engine and middle car were in an action and then luckily I found th end car in another auction. I paid about 3 times less than I have seen them listed for by finding it this way. I will get some pics up when they arrive.

Nice one I need one of those for my Rapi:t set as well, keep seeing the sets but at unrealistic prices as far as I'm concerned. I'll have to carry on watching lol!

Well I did it again. Another Pokemon set. This one was 110¥!!! It is missing some of the characters but has the box. More to come once the arrive..
