Been a while hasn't it! Anyway after my previous thread of asking where to buy Plarail in Japan (which I thank greatly to those who helped) I promised I would make a post showing all the things I bought. So here we go:
S-33 Series S233 Keihin - Tōhoku line
I wanted a sort of stopper train so this is what I got. Not really sure why I didn't pick the Yamanote line at the time as that was the first Tokyo JR line I travelled on.
JR Kyushu Splatrain
This was an early birthday present from my sister as we both enjoy playing Splatoon
S-08 Series E2 Connecting type
This is a unique one as I bought it in China at a Toys R Us. Looking back I should've waited till I went to Japan as this was about 180 yuan (nearly 20 pounds). I do plan on getting the E3 so it can connect
Series E5 & Series E6 Connect Set
Initially as I was picking trains out at the Tokyo station store I picked the blue E5 Shinkansen but ultimately decided on buying the connect set as 1: It might've been weird to connect the E5 and E2 as I don't think that is how it is IRL and 2. I didn't do the math but I concluded it may be cheaper if I bought them both in one package.
EH500 Kintaro and Freight Set (according to google)
This was a bit of a last day purchase at the Osaka Plarail Store as I realised I didn't have any freight wagons for Plarail. It comes with 7 container wagons and 3 tankers however I only displayed one of each type of wagon otherwise the train wouldn't fit in frame of the camera XD.
Soon I think I'll make a nice big layout for all these new trains to travel on
