Japanese CO-BO locomotive?

I was scrolling through Wikipedia and came across this.

This is apparently called the DE15 and there are seemingly other Japanese CO-BO locomotives called the DE10 and DE11.

One of my Favorite Diesels in Japan. Plarail has several of the DE series along with the similar DD series.
