Oh boy the mud is hitting side rails now!!!
Yes!! He has admitted to creating face molds but insists the Gordon without the cab protrusion is authentic!?!?
Impossible if All yours have it and mine does not!!
It's in Ebays hands now..

Did you buy both of your Powerful Gordons from this same guy?

WOW!!
You guys are gonna love this...
The mystery of missing protrusion...
After contacting eBay and making a claim he finally responds...round and round we go.. I told him it was appraised as a fake and that other collectors globally (U.K.,Australia,Japan,&U.S.) had concurred.. he begins to weaves his web, until to his dread he finds himself spun into a corner...at one point throws out Ucwepn's name and refers me to yours and says yours doesn't have the protrusion either, but then says he knows it was broken off...his arguments make no sense , but he continues to adamantly maintain its authenticity, though everything else he maintains is a lie...I continue to press about its absence until he amazing suggests perhaps it was very carefully removed with surgical precision, and if I look really close w/ a magnifying glass I "might see marks"...
Once again...WOW!!
This flipping guy is as talented as he is shady!!!
Sure enough...it's realSmile <--(look I still smile) even though it's altered and jacked up by some creepy genius!!

So do you think it was removed and filed down nicely? Looking a Ucwepns, it almost looks like it snapped off perfectly. a little filing and polishing and maybe it wouldn't be noticed. Did you buy both from this guy?
Yes I think it had the exact same accident, except this guy is very talented and filed it off like it had never existed...except the upper flaring ridge isn't right..it's even with the central panel but should run even from corner to corner across the curved roofline.
Fisher Price's Gordon doesn't have that protution and you can see what I mean..
Yes I bought both from him...I'm going to talk w/ him after my son goes to bed and chat a bit...at this point the Real one isn't an issue anymore... It's an altered real one that I paid too much for and learned from..(but haveSmile)
The modified "clone" he makes "is" very impressive..
It's really quite an achievement for some dude to make in his garage, so depending on our conversation I don't know about it yet...also he just sent me another eBay message:

This guy put some thought into his copying of the angry gordon. I am truly Impressed, even though he ripped you off muddy, I wonder if he learnt some skills from us here at one point?

I would not have a problem with him making these clones but that should be stated in the title of the listing not way down at the end of the description. And it can't be listed as New. It would have to be used and then explain in the description that he started with a new regular Gordon and then modified it. My question is, Why not just change the face and leave everything else stock? Or maybe just sell the Faces by themselves. How much would one pay for an angry Gordon face...$10, $20 $30?
