Grand Finale
We are expecting tons of stuff arriving here this week which is the grand finale to our buying (I think). Already packages are arriving daily that will include just about all the trains and accessories we want or need. It has been a great run and except for a few odds and ends I really don't think there is anything else. Now it will be time to concentrate on playing with the trains and modifying, customizing. video tapping and just having fun. Will start to post many pictures of all the stuff which will include many trains I have been looking for, some that I didn't know about and several impulse buys for customization. I hope you will enjoy the culmination of a good year of work buying. I sure will be missing all the packages arriving. I hope to have everything by the weekend. So keep an eye out here and let the festivities begin.

i thought i was done when i got all the vintage magnetics... then i bought tomy thomas. thought i was done when trackmaster came out... not likely! and then i found out about plarail... no way will i ever be done! LOL

You could start collecting Thomas trains and give them real style coaches and trucks.

A while ago I made this post when Super had made the same purchases as some members did after he was jealous of them, and seeing how this has a big sounding title, I'm wondering if he has some more jealousy purchases.

I actually had to re-check all the purchases to see if any were jealousy buys and found that none of them were. Hard to believe but I think every one of the items are something we have wanted or were impulse buys.
More packages arriving today and I believe all the rest will be here by tomorrow. Starting to assemble everything for pictures so I am pretty sure all will be posted by Saturday. Haven't opened any of the new, boxed items as we are waiting to do that with the pictures. We are excited to show all the treasures of the
Grand Finale to you.
