It looks like they are in the middle of switching things around and restocking them. I spoke to one employee who said they have lots of stuff in the back, just not on the shelves yet. Hopefully soon.

Thanks!

My local Walmart is pretty much the same. They've got the shelves pretty bare. There's a bunch of sheets with the upcoming layout posted around the store too, but they can be hard to make out. Crossing our fingers!
Does anybody know how much the minis 3-packs and 8-packs cost in the U.S.?

3 packs are 3.48 or 3.98.
8 packs are 8.98.
Walmart.com has 8 packs for up to 18.00 and has the collectors wheel for 21.59
Go in store and it's WAAAYY cheaper
Boy...these Minis sure must be popular as this thread is about the busiest ever on BluePlasticTracks.com

I don't collect these but I was at a Walmart near me today and I can't believe how small and sparse the Thomas toy section was. It was actually pitiful to see almost nothing there. What once was a dominant section of one aisle is now a ghost town. They had one box half full of Mini singles, a few wheels and a few 4 packs (I think) on cards. Further more they had next to nothing in the Revolution line with one add on track set and a couple bridge break away sets. In fact they had more of the original Thomas type trains with Connor, Caitlyn and some talking non revolution trains. Do you think that Fisher Price might be holding back on all deliveries to stores until closer to the holiday season to floor them with new item?

I thought maybe Walmart was the one holding back stocking the shelves until closer to the holiday

I feel like our walmarts are waiting to sell more wave 1 blind bags before putting out wave 2, and they have em in the back.

Just a few weeks ago my walmart put them in finally. A few months ago they redid the Thomas section and had out the price tags for the minis but after a month of never getting them they took them out and put out normal ones. I'm behind on collecting them all.

I've been checking for wave 2 in my 5 area Walmarts for what feels like weeks and weeks and weeks and weeks and weeks and weeks.... I had basically given up (I don't usually shop at Walmart, so the special trips with an expectant 2.5 year old were getting old fast), but was in there today and to my surprise, I came across.... wave 3. Merp. I checked the other store on this side of town after dinner and they still only have a handful of wave 1. Will try and check the 3 stores on the other side of town this week, but I'm feeling as though I've missed out on wave 2.

We are missing 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 29, 32, 34, 35, 36, and 37. Anyone have a store near them overflowing with wave 2? I'll PayPal you!

I also see I missed a couple of 3 packs, I need to figure out if I need all of those too!
