Big thanks to anjelabug and Orangepill for sharing what they found! I'm in the process of adding the codes to my checklist page. I'm waiting a few days to make them actual checkboxes, since I can't insert names in a list, only add them to the end, once the checkboxes are available.

Since there's no Steelworks Gordon. Space Gordon would be correct

Still no 2017/4 anywhere on north east, still checking and will report back if I spot them anywhere, it seems like waves are starting from different direction. In the past we've seen them start from California, then head east, or start with Canada and head south, or start from east coast and never make it to Canada.. (or make it so late that by the time they are on the shelves, they are outdated).

Are there any new 3/4/7 packs?

We got the 2017/4 at Walmart in the SF Bay Area. Walmart had the minis at $1 but about three weeks ago, they went up to $1.47. We have a friend that got the 2017/4 in LA at Target.
